Storm Victim Blow off by Farmers
I am a customer of Farmers Insurance who supplies my House mortgage insurance. On 3-30-99 I reported a claim of roof damage on my house to your company in C.Christi
Tx. The storm was violent, and when we called your office, we were told that we ALREADY
were the 8th call that morning. The next day in the In short since then I have heard 3 different stories on why someone could not come out
and inspect my property. On 5-5-99 I was told initially that you were sorry and had
screwed up, but that someone would go out. Then later, I I have no doubt in my mind that THAT storm caused much asphalt to be driven off the roof. There are also partial and full shingles missing. It has been over a month and nothing has been done. I have not missed a payment to you in the over 2 years we have worked together. Please do not pass the buck on this because I am considering litigation. I do not want this, I would rather go on and remain a happy customer. Evidently you have had some changes in personell in Corpus? I can stand on the ground and look up at my two story house and see over 50 yards away, black parts in my roof. Does anybody care? Please get back with me on this Thank you Mike Flower |
