| From: xxx@xxx.net> Subject: Bad Service Date: Sun, 07 Nov 1999 22:16:00 -0600 I am a Farmers Insurance holder and am very unhappy with the way they handle their claims. I made a claim on my vehichle 7/16/99 and it still in the same condition it was in then. I have $2,000 damage. I have full coverage on my car and they write me a check for $765. They keep telling me that is all I get and will not talk any further on the subject. In fact when I called in and made the claim they called around to body shops to see if a car could actually get rock chips. What happened was that I was driving down the interstate in a constuction zone at 60 mph when two semis passed in the other lane (two way traffic) where the gravel trucks entered the highway and sand blasted the hood, roof, and whole left side of my Z-26 Berretta that did not have one rock chip on it. |
